place for you. We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Service
Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our dealership
team. This role is a key point of contact for our service customers
and plays an important part in delivering an excellent customer
experience. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and
comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities Greet service customers in a professional and
courteous manner Schedule and manage service appointments
accurately and efficiently Process customer payments, including
cash, credit, and check transactions Balance, record, and reconcile
daily cash and payment transactions Assist customers with loaner
vehicle check-out and return procedures Maintain accurate records
related to loaner vehicles and customer documentation Answer
incoming phone calls and direct inquiries as needed Make outbound
phone calls at the Service Manager’s request to support service
retention, follow up with inactive or lost customers, and assist
with appointment scheduling Communicate effectively with service
advisors and other dealership staff Ensure compliance with
dealership policies and procedures Qualifications Previous cashier,
customer service, or dealership experience preferred Strong
customer service and communication skills Basic math and
cash-handling accuracy required Comfortable using computer systems
and scheduling software Ability to multitask and remain organized
in a busy environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Valid
