• You will partner with our Account Executives in a pre-sales technical role, showcasing Cisco product solutions, setting up demonstrations, explaining features and benefits to customers, and designing and configuring products to meet specific customer needs.
• You will be an integral member of the Web Sales team, working towards common goals and demonstrating the business value of Cisco Services, Solutions, and Architectures by aligning opportunities with customer challenges and priorities. The goal is to ensure that Cisco's architectural vision addresses the desired outcomes and capabilities needed to support the customer's business.
• You will act in an increasingly consultative fashion and be regarded as a trusted technical adviser by the account team and customers.Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in networking, telecommunications, data center industry, or related fields, with Cisco product experience or relevant experience with key competitors.Preferred Qualifications
    • BS/BA in EE/CS or equivalent experience
    • Effective team collaboration skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills: assessing problems and planning effective actions
    • Conducting technical PoCs/PoVs for key customer engagements when required
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Understanding of competitive networking and wireless products
    • Critical thinking to address customer concerns and support growth
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Cisco and non-Cisco Certifications such as CCIE, CCDE, CCNP are a plus
