Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Oakland, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,709 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Assess, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for acute patients with a focus on holistic, individualized care Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-centric care plans Provide education and support to patients and families, ensuring safe transitions of care Maintain a therapeutic, safe, and compliant environment in accordance with hospital policies and standards Delegate tasks appropriately and mentor new staff as needed Document and update patient information accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Monitor and evaluate patient responses, adjusting care plans as necessary Requirements Current CA RN License ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required Telemetry experience required; EKG experience preferred Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
