workflow improvements Responsibilities: Support daily OR operations
across day and evening shifts Manage OR front desk functions,
scheduling, and case flow Monitor room turnover and throughput to
ensure efficiency Assist OR Manager with operational and efficiency
initiatives Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative
staff Ensure compliance with OR policies, safety, and regulatory
