Physical Therapist Location: Napa, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,545 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Inpatient Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (09:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related setting License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, Manual Therapy Must-Have: Spanish speaking preferred Description: Outpatient/Inpatient Physical Therapist needed for a blend of inpatient acute and inpatient rehab and outpatient therapy. The role involves working primarily on Sundays and Mondays for inpatient and on Tuesdays through Thursdays for outpatient therapy. Candidates should have experience with general hospital outpatient physical therapy, including post-operative procedures. Skills should include experience treating patients with neurological disorders, balance and gait challenges, and various orthopedic conditions. Familiarity with assessment, evaluation, and creating plans of care is essential. Therapists will be responsible for patient transport to and from treatment. There will be a requirement to float to assist in different areas as needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team setting are essential. Candidates must demonstrate effective time management skills. Willingness to work during designated holidays is required. References will be necessary covering a minimum of one year of employment within a comparable specialty/setting. Individuals must be prepared to handle necessary communication devices for job functions. Housing options in the area may be limited and should be explored by candidates independently.
