Occupational Therapist Location: Santa Cruz, CA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,885 to $2,079 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title OT (Occupational Therapist), Rehab City/State: Santa Cruz, California Shift: 8 Hour Days, 08:00:00-16:00:00 Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 04/13/2026 Job Description: Provide occupational therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, focusing primarily on rehabilitation therapies for various conditions including spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, cardiac rehab, and orthopedic cases. Responsibilities: Perform assessments and devise comprehensive treatment plans. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Provide therapy within acute care settings and facilitate patient recovery. Requirements: BLS Certification Minimum 2 years of acute care experience, with proficiency in orthopedic, neuro, and cardiac rehabilitation. Experience with modified barium swallow studies preferred.
