Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract job in San Jose, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract - Number of Beds – 4 Cath Lab Rooms - Number of Staff – 20 RNs - Type of staff: Room Mix 2 RN and 2 RT. 8 – 9 RNs staffed daily - Day Shift – 7 – 3:30 PM Monday - Friday - Night Shift – On call only - Patient Ratios – 2RN 2RT per patient in procedure - Type of equipment – GE Philips - EMR – MacLab - Meditech - Floating: Recover Cath Lab patients - Typical Procedures: - Cardiac Cath lab, heart Cath’s, Peripheral procedures, A-fib/Flutter – SVT, VT etc. - Stroke and complex Neuro intervetions Must Haves:/n- An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred/n- A recent 12 months of MedSurg RN experience in an acute inpatient hospital setting/n- ARRT (CI) or ARRT (CV) preferred, will also accept ARRT (R) or RCIS /n- ACLS and BLS Certifications/n/nPreferred or Nice to Have:/n- Neuro and Electrophysiology experience/n- MediTech Experience/n- Travel Experience
