us, and build real world value.THE WORK:We're seeking a Lead Early
Talent Recruiter to own and scale our university and early-career
hiring efforts. In this high-impact role, you'll lead the strategy
and execution for our internship and new graduate programs across
both technical and non-technical roles. You'll be the connective
tissue between our talent acquisition team and business leaders,
ensuring early talent hiring is directly aligned with current and
future organizational goals. This is a great opportunity for

growth.WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring
needs and align early talent strategies to meet workforce planning
goals.
- Design and continuously improve end-to-end early talent
programs, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience from
initial engagement through onboarding.
Develop and scale university engagement strategies, including
building long-term partnerships with key schools and programs.
Collaborate with internal teammates and cross-functional teams,
such as marketing and branding teams, to elevate our visibility
through campus events, career fairs, hackathons, and relevant
conferences.
- Advance our internship and new grad hiring programs globally,
ensuring alignment with academic calendars, program requirements,
and regional needs.
- Collaborate with the UBRI (University Blockchain Research
Initiative) team to integrate academic partnerships into the
recruiting funnel.
- Use data and insights to assess program effectiveness, identify
opportunities for improvement, and guide decision-making.WHAT
YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in University/Early Talent Recruiting or
related recruiting roles (experience with technical hiring
preferred).
- Proven experience building and executing scalable early-career
hiring programs that align with business goals.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of
partnering with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
- Deep commitment to delivering outstanding candidate experiences
and ensuring inclusive hiring practices.
- Experience leading and organizing recruiting events-both on
campus and at large-scale conferences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as Greenhouse, Gem,
Untapped, and university career systems.
- Willingness to travel as needed for recruiting events and
on-campus engagements.For positions that will be based in CA, the
annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may
vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an
individual applicant's experience and qualifications for the
position. This range does not include equity or additional
compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. CA Annual Base Salary
