• Design and develop advanced automated design flows for 3D-IC, IC Packaging, and PCB applications.
• Develop cutting-edge placement and power solutions, focusing on manufacturing technologies and automation.
• Apply knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills to innovate in automated design technologies.
• Provide technical leadership, including software engineering practices.
• Collaborate on architecture and design decisions.
• Incorporate machine learning elements into software system design.
• Plan, develop, test, and maintain software enhancements, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with R&D, cross-functional teams, and customers to keep development on track.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and customer issues.Position Requirements:

• MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 2+ years.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in C/C++.
• Understanding of modern source control practices.The annual salary range for California is $136,500 to $253,500. Additional incentives may include bonuses, equity, and benefits.
