Job Description Job Description Senior Litigation Attorney/ Litigation Partner Senior Litigation Attorney / Litigation Partner Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney / Litigation Partner to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, particularly in business litigation, and will be responsible for managing complex cases, advising clients, and leading a team of junior attorneys. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all phases of litigation for business-related cases Develop and implement effective litigation strategies Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks Lead and mentor junior attorneys and support staff Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, with a focus on business litigation Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior attorneys Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Benefits - Medical/Dental/Vision - 401(k) - Origination Bonus - Annualized Performance Bonus - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
