Job Description Job Description About the Role LHH is currently
recruiting for a law firm in the Nashville market! The Corporate
Paralegal will support the legal department across entity
management, contracts, governance, and compliance functions. This
role partners cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, HR,
Procurement, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Draft,
review, and revise NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, and
vendor contracts Manage contract workflows, signature processes,
and CLM databases Support corporate governance: resolutions,
minutes, annual filings, subsidiary management Maintain compliance
calendars and assist with audits and policy updates Coordinate IP
filings, renewals, and document management Maintain legal
playbooks, templates, trackers, and knowledge repositories
Requirements Required: 2 years as a corporate paralegal; strong
contract redlining skills; experience with CLM and e-signature
platforms Preferred: Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate;
experience supporting SaaS, entertainment, or regulated industries
