Job Title: Assembler 3 Pay Rate: $24/hour Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday Shifts Available: Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Swing Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler 3 to join our production team. This role involves electro-mechanical assembly work in a clean manufacturing environment and requires strong attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to work well with others. Candidates must be comfortable standing for long periods, handling chemicals, and following strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Perform electro-mechanical assembly using torque screwdrivers and small hand tools Handle chemicals such as coolant, adhesives, and thermal grease while following all PPE and safety protocols Lift materials up to 30 lbs as required Push and pull materials up to 100 lbs (not lifting); pallet jack training provided if needed Stand for the entire shift while maintaining productivity and accuracy Wear required PPE at all times, including gloves and smocks; no hanging jewelry permitted Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production and quality goals Follow work instructions with high accuracy and consistency Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift Experience working with PPE and handling chemicals safely Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and perfection Experience using torque screwdrivers and small tools Good attendance, flexibility, and a strong work ethic Ability to work well with others in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Electro-mechanical assembly experience Work Environment Clean manufacturing environment Standing position for entire shift PPE required at all times Company Description While working as a Balance Staffing Associate, you will be able to take advantage of weekly pay, optional medical benefits, paid sick leave, and state-specific retirement savings options in accordance with state or local law.
