Job Title: Customer Solution Adoption SpecialistWork Model: Hybrid Work Model.Purpose and Objective:SAP Labs, LLC seeks a Customer Solution Adoption Specialist at our Palo Alto, CA location to engage with prominent cloud customers and partners in the market space and provide support to the delivery ecosystem of SAP and our partners with technical and implementation expertise, knowledge enablement, implementation coaching, guidance, and feedback.Expectations and Tasks:Accompany cloud customers and partners with their implementation projects from launch until go-live to contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP cloud products and services. Proactively anticipate the needs and requirements of customers and partners and recommend improvements to our internal stakeholders regarding the product for future releases. Explore new and upcoming SAP cloud solutions and scenarios, anticipating any need for engagement and support in upcoming implementation projects.Education and Occupational Experience:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a signi---cant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $136,074 - $175,500. The actual amount to be o---ered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
