Company: Transcend IT Solutions, LLCLocation: Frisco, TX.Position Title: Application Programmer AnalystJob Description:We are seeking a skilled Application Programmer Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in all design phases of software development including internal design, coding, testing, documentation, and training. Your expertise will help us ensure continuous integration and delivery, enabling rapid development and deployment cycles.

• Performs systems analysis and design for maintenance and enhancement work.
• Investigates software problems, formulates resolution, and makes necessary software corrections.
• Performs unit and functional testing to validate all implemented functionality.
• Participates in planning and scheduling projects.
• Coordinates and interfaces with technical and operations personnel for problem resolution, efficiency improvements, and implementation of new systems.
• Implements security best practices and ensures compliance with organizational policies.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business personnel.
• 5+ years of experience in business application development.
• Strong object-oriented programming knowledge.
• Related certifications would be a plus.Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8-hour shift.
